- Instead of building large power plants, we form clusters of small units that, when combined, generate over 2MW
- This strategy enable us to lease small areas of land from rural smallholder producers, resulting in an increase of up to 35% in their monthly income

Meet our team
Luis Eduardo Farina
Founder
Graduated in Administration from Mackenzie, postgraduate in Service Marketing from ESPM and specialized in People Management from Columbia University, in International Finance and Financial Mathematics from Oxford, and in Business Structuring from Yale, Luis has a 34-year trajectory in the financial market, where he worked at Banco Crefisul de Investimentos and Lloyds Bank, where he held the position of Head of Agribusiness. In 1997, he moved to Deutsche Bank, remaining until 2014. During this period, he contributed to both the Investment Bank and the Commercial Bank, culminating as Head of Latin America for the Global Transaction Bank. Additionally, he served as a board member in Brazil and the Americas. Currently, Luis works in energy market advisory, seeking efficiencies for companies. Simultaneously, he manages his real estate development company, an area in which he has worked for two decades, balancing this activity with his career in the financial sector, involving medium-sized projects.
Oswaldo Diniz Soares Filho
Co-Founder
Graduated in Finance with a specialization in Investment Banking from Saint Paul and currently pursuing an MBA in Financial Engineering at Escola Politécnica da USP, throughout 15 years of professional experience, Oswaldo has worked in both the financial market and operational and financial management of companies. Focused on renewable energy, Oswaldo has 4 years of experience at VREC – Vital Renewable Energy Company, a Private Equity fund that has invested over R$1 billion in the sector through global leading institutional investors, as well as commercial and development banks, including BNDES. Currently, Oswaldo works on the structuring of small and medium-sized companies and projects with high growth potential and also works with MP&A Capital, a firm that provides investment banking and business management services to medium-sized companies in Brazil.
Vagner Lins de Souza
COO
Graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Anhanguera College in Sorocaba, Vagner has been working in the electrical and construction sectors for over 29 years. He worked for 15 years at the Neoenergia Elektro concessionaire, developing projects in the medium and high voltage area, as well as services related to energy efficiency. Currently, he is the COO of LEED Energy and CEO of Lins Energia Solar, his company specialized in the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic units, where he has built over 400 productive units. The knowledge gained from the installation of this significant number of power plants positions him as an expert in the construction and maintenance of such facilities. Such experience enables a vast regional network, facilitating the implementation and maintenance of productive units.
